Privacy Policy

This policy covers 619agent.com, operated by Veterans Investment Group, Inc. ("we"), 237 Church Ave Ste 202, Chula Vista, CA 91910, (619) 770-5454, david@619agent.com.

What we collect

• What you send us. Name, email, phone and message when you use property questions, valuation requests, rental applications and contact forms. Forms are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and delivered to our email inbox.
• Basic visit statistics. Our own script (/t.php and /click.php) records page views and clicks on outbound store links. To count repeat visits it stores a random visitor ID in your browser's local storage (key 619v). It does not record your name or email. Like every web server, ours also logs IP address, browser type, time and page requested for security and troubleshooting.
• Affiliate cookies set by stores. When you click a store link (for example Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe's or Acme Tools), that store or its affiliate network (Amazon Associates, Impact, CJ Affiliate, Awin, FlexOffers) may set a cookie or similar technology to record that the visit came from us. They do not tell us who you are.

How we use it

To answer you, provide what you asked for (for example a quote or deal emails you opted into), keep the site secure, and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Hosting provider script

Our web host, GoDaddy, adds a small script (from img1.wsimg.com) that measures site traffic and performance for our hosting account. GoDaddy handles that data under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Form messages: as long as needed to handle your request and our business records, then deleted. Visit statistics: up to 24 months. You can clear the local-storage ID at any time in your browser.

Your choices and California rights

• Ask what we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it: email david@619agent.com. We will verify the request and reply within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
• Unsubscribe from any email with the link in it, or by replying "unsubscribe".
• Block or delete cookies and site data in your browser. Links still work; the store just may not credit us.
• Do Not Track: our own statistics do not track you across other sites. Browsers' Do Not Track signals are not acted on by third-party stores we link to.

Children

This site is for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS. No method is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information (Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords) through our forms.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date below and, for material changes, post a notice on the home page.
